Bytro Refractometer : it can be used for measurement of fats in ghee and other such product giving a reading directaly in terms of oil scale also known as bytro scale. the instrument is provided with test liquied for checking and resetting the scale if necessory and is encased in a portable wooden box. refraction range of 1.42 to 1.49 with an accuracy of 0.0002 as tables are supplied with sugar and oil scale, sugar scale 50-80% and oil scale 0-100%. the instrument to be used with white light.
